All content on this website is Copyrighted and is the sole property of Horia Andrei Varlan (unless otherwise specified) referred from now on as The Provider.

This free vector graphics download license refers to any version of such file (thumbnail and preview image, original vector file (.ai, .eps, .cdr etc) and other various alternate extensions as well as the file archive as a whole, used inside the website – referred from now on as The Items), irrespective of the way in which you have acquired it.

All The Items are copyrighted and they are the property of  The Provider. All rights are reserved unless otherwise granted to a specific customer, from here on referred to as ’You’. Your rights to use The Items are subject to this agreement and the restrictions specified at each item.

We hereby grant to You a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Items on the terms and conditions explained in this Agreement  free of charge.

You may use the Items

  • In digital format such as websites, multimedia presentations, broadcast film and video, cell phones.
  • In printed materials such as magazines, newspapers, books, brochures, flyers etc.
  • In order to complement your corporate identity on business cards, letterhead etc.
  • For personal use inside your home or office.

You are not allowed to use the Items

  • For any obscene, unlawful or other immoral purposes, for spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people or institutions.
  • To endorse products and services if it depicts a person unless the image has a custom release form for any of the easily recognizable subjects (human or non human if they abide property rights).
  • In a way that can give a bad name to The Provider or the person(s) depicted on the Image. You’re also not allowed to use any of this content in a way that competes or produces both image and financial loss to The Provider.
  • As part of a trademark, service mark or logo. Any such use is strictly forbidden.
  • To sell or redistribute the Items, both alone or as a group, irrespective of the transfer method is forbidden. This applies to files resulted from shallow visual or structural changes made to The Items. You are only allowed to share the link to the preview page and not the files themselves.
  • To develop similar items, derived items or any other form of final or intermediary work, based on The Items, and use it for and/or on websites or other digital channels that provide similar or competing services to those of http://www.slappyhue.com (e.g.: free or commercial access to design resources etc).

You must contact the provider either directly or through the website if

  • You use the Items in website templates that You intend to sell or distribute.
  • For creating printed reproductions that You intend to sell.
  • On “print on demand” items such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, mugs irrespective of the channel used for delivering those products, or on any similar mass produced item that would contain the Items in a dominant way.
  • In any of the above cases do not use the Items before you have obtained a written message of approval from the copyright holder of the Items.

For neither of the Items published under this license, we do not require a written Model or other types of Release, and therefore we do not guarantee that you will be able to use the Items for any purpose You like. That’s why viewer discretion is advised.

You acknowledge that by your download the ownership of Items does not get transferred to You and You must not claim that it is yours. Your license is non-transferable, which means that You are not allowed to sell, rent, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Items or the right to use the Items to anyone else. The work You create with the Items must be used either by yourself or by your client. You warrant that You do your best to prevent third parties from duplicating the Items.

Also, although not required, you are invited to comment on and rate the Items you downloaded and do your best to show the final result to the designer. It takes a very little time and it’s a nice thing to do for the contributor.
